What are the types of Wire-O-loop?

• Standard Wire-O binding: Also called spiral binding, the standard Wire-O binding is a type of binding comprising a set of wire loops inserted into punched or drilled holes, along the binding edge of a set of pages. This binding method is known by various names twin loop wire, double loop wire, double-o, ring wire and wirebind binding. Print projects bounded with standard wire-O binding will open completely flat on your desk and allow for 360 degree rotation of bound pages.
• Double loop wire-o binding: The double loop wire-o binding, also called twin loop wire-o binding, provides a robust and durable binding solution. It has signature hole patterns of two holes per inch (21 holes per letter-sized sheet) or three holes per inch, depending on the thickness of the document that is being bound. This high-tech, contemporary method allows you to open your print projects at a full 360 degrees, laying completely flat.
• Full canadian wire-o binding: Unlike the half-canadian wire-o binding that almost entirely using a wrap-around card cover, leaving just a subtle curve of wire exposed on the back cover, the full canadian wire-o binding has the wire exposed on the front cover, as well as the back. It has the wire fully concealed by using a 6pp or 8pp cover. With the full canadian wire-o binding technique, the cover leaf is folded back on itself to be bound in the wire, resulting in a book with a square spine, and uninterrupted covers.
• Half-Canadian Wire-O: This binding refers to hiding the binding almost completely, by utilizing a wrap-around card cover, leaving a tiny curve of wire exposed on the back. Perfect for a unique style for your catalogues and manuals.
